2. Eligibility check through CNIC, NADRA, and revenue records.
3. Publishing of initial merit list.
4. Appeals from rejected applicants (1 to 8 June 2026).
5. Final merit list and computerized balloting.
6. Land allotment and possession from 30 June 2026 onward.

If your application is rejected or your name does not appear in the initial merit list, you still have an opportunity to file an appeal between 1 June and 8 June 2026. Applicants can visit the Deputy Commissioner’s office in their district and submit a written appeal along with all necessary proof of eligibility. The concerned officials will carefully review the case before the final merit list is published. If the appeal is approved, the applicant’s name may be included in the next balloting round of the scheme.
